Hello, I'm a bit late, but here is the manual for the roc50 and this one!!!
It might be useful for others!!
Turn on the device you want to control.
Set the remote control selector to the type of device to be controlled (TV or VCR...)
Press and hold the Setup button until the red light stays on.
Point the remote control at the device and try to turn it off by pressing the ON button once.
As soon as the device turns off, press OK to save the code.
If the device does not turn off, press the ON button again, as many times as necessary (up to 200 times)
until the device turns off.
Between presses, allow the red light to turn off and then back on (about 1 second). This lets you see the device's reaction.
As soon as the device to be controlled turns off, press OK to save the code.
PS: (about changing batteries)
as soon as you change the batteries, you will need to redo this procedure ;)
