Hello,
I’ve had a problem for three days with my Numericable modem. The cable light is blinking and I’m not receiving TV, phone, or internet anymore. A technician is coming to fix the issue, but not for another 15 days. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, did they manage to resolve it?

Good evening!
No TV either? Not via the set-top box, nor cable connected directly to the TV? So it's a total cable outage: first check that your connections are correct at home, but more likely the problem is upstream. Therefore outside your control, and you'll need to wait for a technician. Check with neighboring cable subscribers to see if they’re also having an outage... Several calls to customer service can speed things up.
