I have a DVD player from the brand Kazuki, but the remote control is no longer working. I have therefore bought a remote control from the brand FX Control but I can't find the codes for the Kazuki brand.

If the universal remote is unable to learn new codes, only the codes indicated in its manual will work, and if the Kazuki code is not listed, it is not possible to program the remote.
