Pourrait-il y avoir un rapport avec le fait que internet explorer ne fonctionne pas ? Problème de proxy je crois, que je ne règle pas car je n'ai pas l'utilité d'internet explorer

c'est possible, essayer alors de paramétrer votre explorateur usuel par défaut

Une erreur interne s'est produite
Consulter les fichiers DXError.log et DirecX.log situés dans le dossier windows pour déterminer le problème
Sauf que ces fichiers n'existent pas ( ni dans windows, ni sur le pc ( fonction rechercher ... ))

on va essayer de régler ton problème internet explorer..
lance internet explorer/ Cliques sur "outils/options internet/connexion
Ensuite tu cliques sur le bouton de configuration LAN (en bas) et vérifies que l'option proxy est bien désactivée.
