Ralentissements système depuis un copy/cut

Bonjour,
La semaine dernière, j'ai effectué un copier/coller de gros fichiers (films HD) depuis un disque dur externe.
Depuis, Windows subit de grosses perturbations et ralentissements.
J'ai d'abord pensé à un malware, j'ai supprimé tout ce que j'avais copié et fait un scan malwarebite, ccleaner, mais résultat négatif.
Les ralentissements arrivent de manière aléatoire, mon pc démarre normalement puis commence à ramer lorsque j'ouvre un programme.
J'ai remarqué que pendant la phase de ralentissement, mon processeur fait un petit bruit toutes les 10 secondes.
Une petite partie de ma barre d'outils Windows disparait (celle permettant de régler la longueur d'affichage des icônes).
Lorsqu'un téléchargement direct est en cours et que le ralentissement commence, le fichier n'est pas correctement téléchargé. Souvent, le navigateur internet ne répond plus.
Ces ralentissements arrivent de manière aléatoire et peuvent durer jusqu'à 10 minutes.
Il arrivent très souvent au démarrage, mais peuvent très bien apparaitre après 1h.
Je n'arrive pas à diagnostiquer le problème, quelqu'un pourrait me donner un astuce ?

essayez de faire une restauration système à une date antérieure au problème.

Malheureusement, Windows me dit qu'il ne peut pas restaurer le système car aucun point de sauvegarde n'a été créé.
Je n'ai jamais moi-même créé de point de sauvegarde, je pensais que cela se faisait automatiquement...???
Je serai prévenu pour la prochaine fois.
En attendant, je n'ai toujours pas trouvé de solution..
Si au final je ne trouve pas le problème, la "restauration des paramètres d'usine de l'ordinateur" peut-elle être une solution ?

après 2 heures de scan, 4 fichiers malveillants ont effectivement été détectés et nettoyés.
Cependant, cela n'a pas amélioré le comportement de mon système qui subit toujours des ralentissements aléatoires...

ouvrez le gestionnaire de tâches, puis regardez en bas de la fenêtre le % du processeur quand aucun programme est lancé, que le bureau de windows.

dans les phases ou le pc ne rame pas, l'utilisation du processeur ne dépasse pas les 5%.
J'aimerai pouvoir effectuer ce test pendant une période de bug, mais il m'est très difficile d'ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâche pendant cette période...
A noter que hier soir, j'ai pu utiliser le PC assez longtemps sans bug, et la phase de ralentissement ce soir au démarrage n'a pas durée longtemps.
