Hello, I currently have a blocked plan with Orange, without internet access.
However, I can still browse the web, but it’s charged.
Question: Are the fees deducted from my balance or separately, and am I going over my plan?

    Good evening,

    the principle of a fixed-rate plan is that the bill cannot increase.
    So it is deducted from your credit, and it does not go over the limit.
