Hello, I switched from Free to Numericable and they delivered a Castlenet CBV38Z4 modem/router. I’m trying to open my ports in the section intended for (normally port forwarding) but when I go to canyouseeme.org it says: "Error: I could not see your service on 82. etc on port (85)
Reason: Connection timed out"
basically I can’t open the ports I want. could someone help me I would be grateful, thanks in advance

Configuration: windows 7 Home Premium AMD Phenom 8250e triple core processor
3.90 GB of RAM. NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GS

    Good evening!

    A software is started, listening on port 85, during the test? Don't forget that you must set the local IP address of the computer by a DHCP reservation. And make us a screenshot of the port-forwarding rule.
