Hello,
I don't know what manipulation I might have done.
When I open my computer, the Microsoft OneNote table appears on my desktop, which I can't remove.
I went into programs and uninstalled OneNote.
I uninstalled Microsoft Office Home and Student, reinstalled it, and I still have this OneNote table on my desktop when I start my computer.
What can I do to remove OneNote from my desktop?
Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
Thank you, no result from OneNote is still present.
    What is happening then?
Is it impossible to delete since it hasn't been used?
    Have a good evening.

Yes, it can work without entering safe mode.

For some programs and software, it is easier to uninstall them in safe mode, given that there are no active processes.

Have you checked if it is still present in add and remove or programs and features?
