Pc bug très souvent. Comment le résoudre ?

Bonjour,

J'ai un pc fait selon mon désire par un informaticien et après un formatage du pc j'ai remarquer que le pc bug très souvent ( Démarrage , ouverture de fichier, internet , jeux, etc.. )

Comment résoudre c'est problème qui m'agace ?
