"i" without a dot?

Hello,
I would like to know how to make an "i" without a dot using a PC (the keyboard shortcut with ALT+ something)

      In English, it's called a "pipe" (as in pipeline)
      and to make it, you press ALT Graphique (Alt GR), the right Alt and the 6 key on your keyboard.

      Ah, I wasn't talking about the pipeline, but about the "i" without the dot (for a Turkish language assignment).

      ah ok so "" ? " and not "" | ", I can't see an i without an accent in the ASCII decimal table but it does exist in the Unicode hexadecimal table.
      I don't know its code with Alt, the shortcut says "0131, Alt+X" but I can't get a ?
      In Word, it is in the special character table Latin Extended A.
      Otherwise, install the Turkish language pack for Windows.

      EDIT: the i without an accent doesn't go through on the site and gives me a ? ...

      In the end, I went through all the ALT+something codes in order until I found that famous ?. (ALT+213 in the end) Thank you for your help anyway! Have a nice day!
