Good evening, this code seems related to a cartridge issue; it can be removed, but I can't give you the solution publicly (confidential). First, take your cartridge out halfway, shake it. Turn off the machine with the switch on the right side, unplug it and plug it back in, then turn everything back on. If that doesn't work, call the technical center.
