Hello, I can't connect to Skype, as soon as I open it a white window appears, please find a screenshot here https://imageshack.com/ thank you for your help.

I suppose you have already tried reinstalling it or repairing it via the Add or Remove Programs feature.

If you were already using Skype and it suddenly became like this, you can try this:

Start>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
Choose a date prior to the issue, and with a bit of luck, it will work.

Hello,
Actually, the white window is the login window; you need to enter your username, then press the tab key and enter your password, and then hit enter, and the window should display normally.
