How to add a link on CCM

Good evening,

Could someone explain to me how to put a link on CCM so that when you click on it, it takes you directly to the page? What is the procedure to follow, please? Because I absolutely did not understand anything from the site’s user guide :( Thank you!

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 6.0.2

        I believe there is a rule that didn't exist about ten years ago, which states that in order for it to be active, the account must have a certain age.
