Explorateur windows vista extrement lent

Bonjour, depuis une semaine toutes les operations faisant appel à l'explorateur de windows vista prennnet un temps fou >30s, par contre les softs marchent super bien, firefox aussi...

PC Dell XPS 420 sous Vista SP2
CPU Intel Q6600 / 4Go RAM / 500 Go Raid 0

PS : j'ai Microsoft sécurity, spybot , malware bytes et Ccleaner que j'ai fait tourner sans amélioration....
