Tv schaub lorenz recording

Hello,
I have a Schaub Lorenz LT22-111DDB TV and I can't seem to watch the programs I recorded.
The manual is relatively clear about recording but not about viewing; Page 26 of the manual.
How do we do it, do we need to record on a USB stick or is there a hard drive in the TV?
I’m not sure if the recording was done correctly...

    Oh, I have a TV of the same brand, I think you need to plug in a USB stick to record, I’ve never tried it, but that’s all I can see. Give it a try and let me know!
