Mon Ordinateur portable : Toshiba L655 a crasher et voila le rapport de crash analyser avec la petite application "Who Crashed" :

il n'y a rien a faire. C'est un fichier systeme qui a crasher logiquement cela ne se reproduira pas

c'est pa la premier fois mr.tutruie ?! cela depuis 2 mois que parfois elle se reproduit
scan antivirus stp, plus test OCCT et memtest et quel os as tu?

Salut, Merci pour votre réponse, j'ai installé ces deux logiciels et ils ont détectes des logiciels malveillants et quelques torjan et j'ai aussi fait le scan de vulnérabilité de Kaspersky ... Quand le logiciel Malwarebyte m'a demandé un redémarrage pour terminer le scan, là le problème s'est reproduit ... exactement au chargement de Windows l'ordinateur s'est éteint tout seul avec un son bizarre "Tic" comme un interrupteur !!!!!!!!

depuis notre conversation le problème n'est pas reproduit jusqu'à ce jour même que j'était entrain d'installer Windows Live Messenger 2011 et que a la fin de l'installation m'a demander de redémarrer et voila ... l'écran bleu apparaît et le crash se reproduit et au prochain démarrage il s'est éteint !!
