Plantage pc page bleue

Bonjour,

Voila cet apres-midi alors que je jouais en ligne mon pc a planté et c est éteint depuis impossible de le rallumer correctement je tombe toujours sur le meme message d'erreure:

Je n'est pourtant ajouter aucun programme recement de plus je ne trouve pas la touche pour formater le pc au demarrage...

Mon pc est un toshiba Qosmio X300-123.
J ai essayé tout se que je savais faire mode sans echec,mode debogage,mode restauration mais rien de fonctionne.
