Hello,

Unable to open internet shortcuts on the desktop. The http protocol has no program registered. What should be done?

    In Internet Options\ Programs: Check the box (let me know if Internet Explorer is not the default browser)

    You need to delete your desktop shortcut and start over by placing it directly on your desktop.
