Ecran bleu au demarrage Windows

J'ai un gros problème depuis hier.
Au demarrage de windows mon ordi fait apparaitre un ecran bleu avec un message et mon ordi redemarre sans cesse et fait toujours apparaitre cet ecran bleu avec le message qui reste 2 sec a l'ecran.

Voici le message :
