Nettoyage PC : Questions

Bonjour,

Je voudrais faire le ménage sur mon PC en supprimant des programmes mais voilà, je ne sais pas quoi supprimer car il y en a certains qui ont des noms bizarres et je ne voudrais pas créer de problèmes... Voici la liste des programmes installés, j'ai effacés ceux que je veux garder mais pour les autres je ne sais pas (notamment les "Microsoft Visual C++ ...")
