Salut,as-tu de l'autre côté envoyé ce problème au service technique de Nero, à l'adresse suivante: techsupport@nero.comSi non, tu envoie en pièce jointe, le fichier .txt, celui que tu as mis dans ton message en le nommant :Log    et ajoute le fichier InfoTool que tu auras créé, et enfin tu tapes ton mesage.Le délais entre 1 semaines et 2 semaines. C'est long mais essaye si tu ne l'as pas encore fais dans le moteur de recherche Google: ton message d'erreur.
