Pc bloqué?

Bonjour,

Voilà depuis peu, mon pc a été infecté par des virus trojan et cheval de troie...

J'ai une protection antivirus et firewall de marque MCAFEE.

Voilà, donc j'ai mis en quarantaine ce qu'il n'etait pas possible déradiquer; sinon, mcafee c'est chargé de débarrasser les mauvaises intrusions extérieures.

Mon problème est que lorsque je me connecte à internet, mon pc ne va pas directement sur le "serveur GOOGLE" mais sur un autre site: "http://www.evko.biz/"

Alors systematiquement je dois faire la manipulation suivante: outil/ option internet/ www.google.fr/ ok

De plus, il m'est impossible de mettre un fond d'ecran sur mon bureau de mon pc... en effet, tout semble bloqué quand j'y accède; impossible de faire défiler le papier peint du bureau.

Pouvez vous m'aider?

PS: ma configuration = un pc packard bell imedia de 2005 avec windows xp edition familiale et une connection internet wanadoo débit max.

    salut,

    récupère HijackThis, une fois installé lance le puis clic sur " Do a system scan only" après clic sur "sav log" et colle le log ici.

    Pour la suite attend l'avis d'un expert qui te dira ce qu'il faut fixer.

    c est acause de MCAFEE il faut se connecter a internet pour le desinstaller entierement. redemarre ton pc normalement tout doit marcher apres. n oublie pas d installer un nouveau anti virus evite MCAFEE et AVG bon courage

    tu es très infecté !

    commence par ceci :

    # Télécharge ceci: (merci a S!RI pour ce petit programme).

    http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip

    Exécute le, Double click sur Smitfraudfix.cmd choisit l’option 1,
    voila a quoi cela ressemble : http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php
    il va générer un rapport : copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

    # Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

    # Relance le programme Smitfraud :
    Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
    Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

    Salut,

    Je fais avancer Green un peu,
    Bizz Green

    Télécharge ceci: (merci a S!RI pour ce petit programme).

    une page va s'ouvrir tu fais

    Exécuter click 2 fois sur Smitfraudfix.cmd et tu choisis l’option 1,

    tu clik sur le lien de dessous cela te donnera une idée

    il va générer un rapport :
    Tu sélectionnes
    edition-tout sélectionner-
    Edition copier
    edition coller (ici)

    copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

    Ensuite,
    tu redémarres ton pc,

    # Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter

    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tu fais entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

    # Relance le programme Smitfraud :
    Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
    Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

    Si tu n'y arrives pas tiens nous au courant
