Hello,
I have a JVC GR-D740 camcorder. I see the message "Check the protection latch" appearing on my screen and I can't record. Thinking this was due to the tape, I changed it several times and I still get the same message. Can anyone help me?

Hello
According to the instructions on pages 17 and 35
Check that the safety latch is displayed when the safety latch is set to "Save" and the power switch is set to "REC"
