Hello,

I have a problem and I hope it will be resolved.
I just bought a computer (Asus), and I tried to watch a video on TF1 Replay as I usually do, but when I try to go full screen, it doesn't work... (a black screen appears)
Is this normal?
How can I fix this "problem"?

Thank you for your response.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Is this computer from a large store?
    Is it a laptop?

Try updating your Flash player, or check if your drivers are too old.

It's not because you just bought it that it has just been built and is fresh out of the factory ^^.
Depending on the peripherals it contains, it can be 1 year old, 2 years old...
      What exact model is it?

hrmmm: you click on the gear in the top right corner of Internet Explorer, then you click "Internet Options."
You click on the "Advanced" tab and then in the list, you check "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering."
