Http//192.168.1.1 returns nothing

Hello, purpose of the operation: to connect to eMule,
Instructions in the eMule manual, map the incoming ports, check the router manual, in the router manual launch the interface by entering the router's IP address in the web browser: here 192.168.1.1: problem, cannot access the router interface! address unknown...if you have experienced this...any help would be greatly appreciated. Good evening and thank you in advance!!
Configuration: desktop computer + laptop wifi + energic erg wl-001 router + aol speedtouch adsl

    To find your router's address, run a 
    ipconfig
    and you'll find your router listed as 'Default Gateway'

    otherwise, a random tracert would have given it to you too ;)

    Hello,
    unplug your Livebox from the power source, then plug it back in, wait for the reconnection, and try going to your Livebox address again. That's what I do and it works.

    run
    cmd then click OK

    so, you won’t see any changes here

    that gives something like winsock catalog reset, restart your PC

    just restart the PC

    if nothing happens, there might be a firewall or antivirus to disable while configuring the LB
    possibly a toasted LB..

    I think it would just be enough to enter the username and password...
    There's something I would like to know, the mule has the banner while the modem is configured for the mule's ports, I don't see why it's not working...

    Is the router's network address the same as that of the PC?
    Does the network work?
    Is the IP address on the PC dynamic or static?

    try to change the udp and tcp ports of the mule and don't forget to enter them in lan servers

      What type of router do you have?
      Are you sure that your router's IP address is of the type: 192.168.1.1?
      Check the connectivity between your computer and your router by typing: ping 192.168.1.1 in a DOS console. If you don't get a response, check your network card configuration as follows:
      in Network Favorites, you will find Local Area Connection, right-click on it + Properties + TCP/IP + Properties and check the box "Use the following IP address" and you will enter the value: 192.168.1.2. The subnet mask will be set automatically once you click on it, then for the default gateway address, enter: 192.168.1.1 (the address of your router, of course).
      Then, ping again; if there's still no response, unplug your Ethernet cable and plug it into another port.
      There you go.

    by fiddling with my micro under XP I found the way to access my Neuf Telecom router, Club Internet provider:
    1: click on start then on network favorites, then in network management click on display the icons of UPnP network devices, it will display an icon, double click on it and voilà, you are in.
