Hello, I want to play Minecraft, but it requires Java and so I've been trying to reinstall Java for a while now, but without much success. I would like to know if there's a way to download Minecraft without Java. Thank you

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, Minecraft cannot run without Java.
Java is the essential element.

You have Java, otherwise you wouldn't be able to play.
Minecraft is a program designed in Java language and absolutely requires the JRE (Java Runtime Environment)
Without Java, no Minecraft
Look closely, I'm sure you have it ;)

Java is used in quite a few things, so you almost have to have Java.

On my other PC, I don't have Java and I play fine on 1.5_01.

  It's impossible! Minecraft was coded in JAVA! It's mandatory to run the game; it's probably pre-installed on your computer, that's all.

Oh Putin (sorry for the word) I'm sending you a big kiss on the nose, I managed to reinstall Java, I'm so happy, even if it's not entirely you who helped me, it's still thanks to you, if you hadn't said that Minecraft necessarily requires Java I wouldn't have tried again. I LOVE YOU!!! You are miracles sent by God, after all the time Java was holding me back lol

Euuu, it depends! I have my server so I'm the admin, and to come and play, I never ask people to download Java.

No, because Minecraft has an ether coded in JavaScript, so it does not work without Java.
