The netdom /? command is your friend.

I don't have the netdom command. Here is what I get when executing it C:\>netdom 'netdom' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

You need to download a small utility called netdom in Google and you will find yourself directly on the Microsoft site.
