Probleme explorer exe / windows media player

Alors voilà je rencontre un probleme depuis peu
Tout à commencer alors que pour vider mon pc je transvasais mes videos sur mon disque externe. et depuis impossible d'ouvrir une video du disque externe sans que le message "explorer exe a rencontré un probleme et doit fermer........" surgisse
J'ai acheter depuis un antivirus: bitdefender (le mien -mc afee- n'étant plus mis à jour) mon pc a été scanné les spyware éliminés, j'ai fait de meme pour le disque dur externe
Puis j'ai desinstallé windows media player et je l'ai reinstallé
Mais le souci persiste il m'est impossible de lire mon disque dur externe., j'arrive toutefois à regarder des films provenant du pc.
De plus il m'arrive parfois d'avoir un autre message que explorer, c'est dsnw 32... je sais plus trop; et celui là fait completement buger mon pc et m'oblige à le rebooter

Télécharge TOUS ces programmes (si tu n’as pas), installe-les.
Fais les mises à jour des progr 1/, 2/, 3/
Scan avec TOUS, COLLE les rapports de 3/ & 6/
3/ - Ewido (dowload)- gratuit même après 14 jours d’essai

Celui de bitdefender (j'ai pas pris l'analyse en ligne car elle utilise internet exporer et kaspersky n'arrivait pas à s'amorcer un popup restant sur les bouton d'activation de l'analyse; j'ai donc utilisé l'analyse de mon bitdefender qui venait de se mettre à jour ( le virus detecté est arrivé lors de l'analyse avec ewido! j'avais un message comme quoi mon antivirus l'avait detecté et eloigné) :
