Problème au démarage de Windows vista

Bonjour,

Windows se lance et au moment d'afficher le bureau, écran bleu avec l'erreur suivante :

"A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
PAGE-FAULT-IN-NONPAGED-AREA
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.

J'ai bien essayé de redémarer en mde sans échec pour essayer de désinstaller le logiciel qui aurai pu être installé, mais impossible...

Je ne sais plus comment faire, j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide.
