Lost HDD password

Hello everyone;
My laptop is inaccessible because I forgot the hard drive password set in the setup. I had to disassemble it to remove the battery but without success. I can't even format it.
Please, how can I recover my drive because I even tried to disable it in the BIOS but it still asks me to enter the old password.

I'm having a problem with a Dell Latitude 131L, I've forgotten the password, and I can't even access its setup. I tried using Herin's boot, but no solution. I removed the CMOS battery, but nothing has changed. The jumper isn't present on the motherboard. I'm really stuck and need help...
