Mon ordinateur ne trouve plus vista

Bonjour,
J'ai unproblème avec mon pc.
Hier soir, je ne l'ais pas éteinds normalement, j'ai débranché directement la prise secteur de ma tour et depuis, en l'allument, aprés le menu démarrage, il y a une procédure écrite en anglais :

Ps: je n'ai pas de cd.
Mon ordinateur, c'est un HP compaq sous vista (unitée centrale+écran+clavier)
