Probleme ACPI a l'installation de windows 7.

Bonjour, après de nombreuse recherche je n'arrive pas a réglé le problème suivant:
Je me suis fait plaisir en m'achetant une bonne petite config' rien d'exceptionnel pendant le montage tout c'est passé normalement mais quand j'ai voulu installé windows 7 (32 bits ou 64 même problème) j'ai droit a un belle écran bleu, avec marqué:
"a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
tu your computer
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your
computer. if this screen appears again , follow thesez steps :
the bios in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. please your system
vendor for an updated bios.
Technical Information:
*** STOP: 0x0000005 (0x00001000, 0x00000000, 0xFFFFFFFF, 0x00000200)"
J'ai pourtant mis mon BIOS a jour, essayé tout les réglage ACPI possible dans le BIOS, et ma carte mère est certifié compatible Windows 7.

Ma carte mere est certifié compatible seven, c'est quand même une carte plutôt récente (usb 3.0...) Avant je n'avais pas d'OS puisque c'est tout neuf, mais j'ai quand meme essayé d'installé XP sa a marché.
