There are five in total, including two you will meet during missions: the first is Denise (mission), there’s one on the roof of an armory in a small town north of the first island, another on the golf course near a bush on the second island, one at the driving school, and one in the nearest town to your personal airport in the police station parking lot... and another in a casino heist mission... but they have to meet different physical criteria for each (muscle, fat, sex appeal...) For that, I suggest you use codes because it’s very variable and it’s a pain to go to McDonald's and the gym all the time... good luck (for my part, I took an hour of gameplay to hit on all of them and win 50% with each) they will all have gifts to offer you: the pass for a casino, a monster truck, guns, a hearse, and quite a few outfits (cop, paramedic, farmer, pimp...) tip: to hit on the one on the golf course quickly (the nurse), you can commit suicide in front of her house (it will be faster than taking her out) plus when you date her, all your guns and money are kept when you die (same for the one at the police station when you get arrested) each time you die in front of the nurse's house, you will reappear at her place with 10% relationship with her.
