ERREUR au démarrage de windows

Bonjour,
jai un DELL Latitude D420, quand je l'allume il charge la barre puis ya un écran noir qui me dit:

"No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics."

quand j'appuie sur F1, il fait 2 bips aigue et la meme ligne se réécrit (ca en fait 2)

quand j'appuie sur F2, ca fait un ecran bleu divisé en trois partie et je comprend pas
(à gauche: un menu avec les titres déroulants)
(à droite: systeme info)
(en bas: "press - to hide the fields in the group", "press Up/Down arrow to select a different field.", "press Esc to exit setup.")

JE VOULAIS APPUIER SUR ESC POUR VOIR QUAND JAPPUIE SUR F5 MAIS ca m'a fait:
un ecran blanc est apparu avec:
"Hard-disk #**47ACWW0HW-595B, the system primary HDD, is protected by a password authentication system. you cannot access data on this hard drive without the correct password.
please type in the hard-drice password and press <enter>"

je redemarre:
quand j'appuie sur F5, ca fait ecran bleu puis une fenetre bizarre puis un message derreur et l'ordi chante O.o
