Pc très lent après installation de windows 7

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème avec mon pc sur lequel on a installé windows 7 il y a quelques jours (avant il fonctionnait sous vista). Mon pc est un packard bell easynote qui doit avoir 3ans, il avait bugé et c'est pour cela qu'un ami informaticien m'a installé windows 7 à la place de vista.
tout a bien fonctionné pendant une semaine, puis quand j'ai voulu remettre les fichiers que j'avais conservé sur mon disque dur externe, mon pc a commencé à être très lent et depuis il m'est presque impossible de l'utiliser tellement il est lent (surtout sur internet).
de plus, il y a certaines fonctionnalités qui ne marchent plus comme lire les vidéos et certains ports usb ne répondent plus.
cela dit, en mode sans échec, il fonctionne très bien ,je n'ai aucun problème !
qu'en pensez vous ? est-ce que c'est mon pc qui est trop vieux pr W7 ? ou la mémoire vive est HS ?

peu etre que ton ordinateur n'a pas asser de mémoire vivre pour windows 7 .. car deja il utilise 1gig de memoire a lui toute seule . donc si tu avais beaucoup de chose a mettre sur ton ordi et que tu n'a que 1 ou 2 gig de memoire vivre cest peu etre pour sa .. jespere tavoir aider un peu :)
salut à tous, j'ai aussi le même problème, depuis 'installation de windows 7 et une augmentation de ma memoire Ram qui est passée de 1 à 2GO mon pc est toujours lent alors que sous windows xp, il était plus rapide.
