Dell Windows 7 reinitialiser

Bonjour,

j'ai un ordinateur portable, le DELL pp39l avec windows 7. Depuis quelque mois des peogrammes ne marchent plus et je voudrais le reinitialiser. Mais je ne sais pas comment ca marche.
