Probleme gta4 avec windows 7

Bonjour,
j'ai acheter une tour il y a 3 jours avec windows 7 et j'ai decidé d'acheter GTA4. Le grand problème , c'est que ça marche pas , rien a faire , meme si on lance le programe avec xp sp3 ou vista , et vu que je ne suis pas un grand malin en informatique , si quelqu'un pourrais m'aidé ce serais sympa . Merci d'avance

aussi j'oubliais , quand je veux lancer le jeux , il m'affiche un message avec : SecuLauncher:failed to start application .[2000]
