Bonjour,
j'ai un gros soucis : voilà, mon pc ne démarre plus. Hier encore j'y étais, tous marchait bien et ajd, je l'allume et un écran bleu apparaît avec le message suivant :
"if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps :
check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode."
j'ai compris l'essentiel du message, mais j'ai beau redémarrer, l'écran bleu apparaît toujours. Et quand j'appuie sur F8, rien ne se passe !

Est-ce que tu aurais installé du nouveau matériel ou un nouveau logiciel ou une mise à jour de logiciel?
Pour le redémarrage avec F8, en fait c'est au démarrage qu'il faut tapoter F8 afin de démarrer en "Mode sans échec"

Ensuite tu peux sélectionner "Dernière bonne configuration connue.
Si l'écran bleu se reproduit essaye de noter le code erreur.
