Set the time on a Geonaute watch

Hello,

I recently bought a Géonaute watch like this one

but I can't seem to set the time.
Could someone please help me?

    It provides detailed instructions on how to set the time on the watch.

      I was in the same situation as AZIDU69 except that I wanted to switch to 24-hour mode.
