Hello,

when I click to log in to superencontre, I get this message: the use of anonymizing proxies is strictly prohibited on this site for security reasons. Do you have a solution? Thank you in advance (sometimes I manage to connect)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

I've been trying to log into "superencontre" for 5 hours to check my messages, to no avail. It's now 2:13 in the morning, and it still doesn't work. The worst part is that we're receiving messages from "Julien" for 3 free days on Meetic. It's crazy, who is who?

Hello, yes... there is an answer, you have been blocked because considered a "dangerous" contact by the site.... However, why???? And on what criteria, well there is no answer!!!!
The site does not have any hotline to "explain" and provide us with accounts that it owes us in the name of the "data protection and privacy" charter.
It indeed holds our INFO and does not grant us the RIGHT that we still have to DELETE our profiles.
Personally, I am considering reporting them to the CNIL, or even taking legal action for failing to respect THEIR DUTIES.

The message that appears on your computer: "the use of anonymizer proxies is strictly prohibited on this site for security reasons" only specifies
the prohibition that SUPERENCONTRE imposes on you to use software that allows you to browse the internet without an IP address.
What is strange, however, is that "from time to time" to use your terminology, you are able to connect. Is it indeed from the same computer????

Hello Patricia, I have the same issue with the same subject, and I also confirm that I can sometimes connect on the same computer. What I didn't know, however, was that it could be my browser, as I use software that constantly changes my IP address due to having had issues with foreign connections. What I don’t understand is that I can connect to all the other sites. Best regards, Michel.

I do not have the software that allows changing IP addresses, and which is specified in the message informing me that my IP address is blocked, that it is prohibited to use (lol).
As for me, I wrote to them via the response system to one of their advertising messages... AND since I haven't received a "return failure," I consider that they are aware of it.
In accordance with the procedure that the CNIL requests to be followed, after one month, I will initiate proceedings against them. It is unacceptable that our records are available for consultation since they have "terminated" us... It's a shame that I am the only one doing this kind of thing to them. They would act differently, especially by checking before making such a decision if we were several to assign them.

But when I can't connect to the superencontre site directly, I go through "megaproxy.fr", there's an additional banner, but it works!
