Probleme surement explorer

bonjour, voila je vous explique mon cas: toutes les applications ou programmes execute sont automatiquement mis en arriere-plan ou bien reduit en taille(lecteur windows media; firefox,toutes fenetres ) par jene sait pas kel spyware ou autres . Je suis techniciens telecom et j'ai tous essayer hi-jack this ad-aware ... j'appel au secours SVP : voici mon log hi jack:
