Lock an object in Publisher

Good evening everyone
so, I have a Publisher file
I would like to use it as a template
the problem is that I want the logo and certain text blocks to be locked
not selectable or editable
is it / how is it possible?

ps: I am using Office 2007

It is the use of "master pages" that allows for fixed presentations that can be applied or not to a composition.

Multiple "master pages" (A, B, C, etc.) can be created and one of them can be applied to the composition page.
