Hello,
I downloaded 7 zip to decompress my zip files, but I can’t figure out how to use it or if the problem is with the downloaded files. When I right-click and select: extract here, it shows: access or install. If someone can guide me or recommend a different free software to download, thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Good evening,
Uninstall 7-zip.
Download it again --> 7-zip , then right-click on the 7-zip.exe file, choose run as administrator and confirm, start the installation.
Restart the PC and try again to decompress a file.
