Pc ram trop

Bonjour,
mon nouveau pc qui est censé etre un super truc ram a mort.
pourtant j ai 6 giga de ram et le disque n est pas plein.
les pages internet mettent un temps fou a s'ouvrir et meme quand je tape sur la barre de recherche, les lettre s affichent pas tout de suite.
j ai entendu parler de hijackthis donc j ai fait un scan meme si j ai rien compri et voici le resultat
