Pb windows et sp2 xp

Salut à tous, jè tjrs mon pb si qq1 pe m'aider. Qd j'installe sp2 de xp, impossible d'aller sur internet avec iexplorer mais avec firefox possible. En plus pas moyen d'activer le pare feu de windows. Il reste tjrs grisé en désactivé et pas moyen de cliquer sur activer car lui aussi grisé. Je nè pas un autre pare feu juste antivirus norton pro. Please help.

troisième pb j'ai ce message au démarrage de mon pc : "Une exception s'est produite lors de la tentative d'exécution de ""C:\WINDOWS\system32\moicda.dll",DLLGetVersion".

Je sais trop de pb pour une seul pc mais c'est le seul que j'ai. Merci pur l'aide.

    Recherche et supprime ces fichiers si present:

    drives.exe
    csrssrs.exe
    rwnt.exe

    Clique sur demarrer, executer, tape msconfig, và dans l'onglet demarrage et desactive les noms ci dessous si tu les vois:

    Ensuite telecharge ces logiciels anti-spyware si tu ne les à pas puis fait un scan avec et ensuite apres ça remet un rapport hijack s'il te plait.

    Bjr. Excuse du retard mais mon pc avait planté complètement donc jè tout formaté. depuis plus de pb. Mais je ne manquerai pas dès que j'ai un petit soucis defaire appel à toi. Merci pour ta compréhension.

      pense à installer les logiciels que je t'ai donné au dessus ils te seront utiles puis installe un pare_feu ausi pour te proteger.
