How to erase system error code e197

My name is Bechir Sou IV, Telecom Inspector at the Ministry of Posts and ICT in N'Djamena, Chad. I have a Canon iR 2016 photocopier that is malfunctioning: It displays the system error code: E197. How can I clear it?
