Hello,  I copied a folder twice on my computer and deleted one, but the other is now empty, and it was a series with lots of videos. Is there a way to go back on my PC? Thanks.

No, system restore only resets system settings and drivers, but does not affect files; you can try a file recovery software, but I don't think it will work.

Otherwise, you can recover all of that from your recycle bin :-D Right-click -> restore on the file in question

by chance take a look at the recycle bin it might be there if you didn't delete it directly with shift-delete or you could try recovery software but don't enter anything before recovery because the files might be partially unrecoverable

Thank you, but thinking that my file was copied,  I permanently deleted it , and the recovery doesn't work.
