Hello,
Hello, yesterday, my wife and I were walking down the street when a man was filming us casually in several spots around the city.
I found a really shameful website; filming people in the street because of their large breasts is disgusting...
If I'm not mistaken, it's completely illegal to film people in the street without their consent and to distribute it online for profit.
The website: http://www.candidarchive.com/
How can we get these websites shut down?

I agree, you should file a complaint, it's ridiculous.
My wife is not on this site, I'm just checking if it doesn't show up somewhere...
But are these sites legal?????
But are these sites legal?????
In theory, just filming someone walking or whatever is legal, even in public places, like surveillance cameras or whatever... I've personally never signed anything for the city of Paris... But I know you can prohibit the broadcast if you appear (or rather your wife) on the site... To check... It'll help you a lot:

Hello..
It seems that the site is located in the UK or a former UK possession (Canada, Australia, etc..). We can (possibly..) only remove the data concerning the 'claimant'.. We still need to find the Article of Law of the hosting country... (Right to one's image..).
As for shutting down a foreign site, one must anticipate a considerable budget with no guarantee of results..
The 'voyeurs' will thank you for kindly providing them with the access link!
But I completely understand the fury of having one's image stolen to be trivialized and especially sold for $20 to $25/month on the Net!!!!..
The Net is a real jungle..
