Stop automatic payments imvu

Hello, well here it is, I became a VIP in the IMVU game and when I completed my club registration I chose "quarterly" as the billing cycle, which means a quarterly cycle, but the problem is that the amount for this cycle, which is $25, is not charged every quarter but EVERY month and it's charged automatically. So if someone knows how to stop the automatic charges from IMVU or at least if someone knows how to contact them by email, please let me know. I thank in advance anyone who responds to me.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 533.4

How can I cancel my monthly subscription (or otherwise VIP)?
There are two ways to cancel your subscription depending on the payment method concerned.

If you signed up for the subscription with your credit card, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your account settings page by clicking on the "Settings" link at the top right of your homepage.
2. On the next page, in your "account tools," you will see a "subscriptions" link. Clicking on this link will take you to the appropriate modification panel.

Once you are there, you will see the option to cancel your subscription.

If you signed up for the subscription with PayPal, please follow the instructions below to cancel a subscription with IMVU:

Your payment for the IMVU Subscription is set up through PayPal.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your PayPal account, find your subscription, and cancel it (see screenshots of what to do below):

1. Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com
2. Click on the "Activity" tab.
3. Choose "Subscriptions" from the "Show" dropdown menu.
4. Check the box "From" and the date range 2 years back (or more if necessary).
5. Click "Search."
6. To view the specific details of a "subscription creation," click "Details" in the Details column.
7. At the bottom of this page, click "Cancel subscription." Please note that you can use the mass cancellation option to cancel a group of your subscribers at once by clicking "Cancel multiple subscriptions."
8. On the confirmation page, click "Cancel subscription" again.

Please note: You may need to cancel a scheduled payment at least one day before the due date of the next payment. Canceling a subscription or recurring payment on the due date does not guarantee that the payment will not be sent.

Hello
I have a problem, I accidentally subscribed to a service and since then my phone bill has been high. How can I unsubscribe?
I read how to do it, but I can't seem to manage.
If I delete my account, will it remove my subscription? And how should I do that?
Thank you.

I have a withdrawal of €4.99 every week from my plan. How can I stop it URGENT?

Actually, it's good, I’ve found the answer on my own, it's simple really, there’s only one way: just call the bank that manages the bank account and ask them to block your card, pretending that you lost it, and there you go, problem solved. Not only will you receive a new card within 2 to 4 days, but also ALL the purchases that were made with it will no longer work automatically! Indeed, a new card means new banking details and therefore the responsible site will no longer be able to withdraw money unless you give them your new card number (which I won’t do ;p)

CAUTION:
- Of course, the REAL withdrawals, meaning those that are not indicated as "PURCHASE" on the management of your online account, will continue because normally they are REAL withdrawals that originally requested that we send a bank account statement (that is to say, all information related to the account). Normally, if there are such withdrawals, it’s because we agreed for them to be made because I don’t think we just send our bank details to anyone.

- In the case where these REAL withdrawals are not for which we agreed and of which we are unaware, well then, go to the bank with a bank statement showing the withdrawal made without knowledge of its origin or author and for which we never consented! Here, you need to ask a bank agent to block THIS unknown withdrawal and from then on, the withdrawal will be refused every time they try to process it ^_^. AND THERE YOU GO, NO MORE SUSPICIOUS WITHDRAWALS!!

However, don’t forget this:
- These REAL withdrawals are usually always related to bills, phone subscriptions, so they are mandatory withdrawals, so be careful not to block withdrawals for electricity, water, gas bills, etc., because then you will not only look like a big idiot in the eyes of the agency but also it could cause you some serious problems that could go very far! SO ONCE AGAIN, BE CAREFUL!

Well, here’s a beautiful lengthy explanation and response that I hope will be CLEAR in your mind. All I have to say is that since I blocked my card, I no longer have "IMVU PURCHASES" appearing every month on my account ^_^.

Good evening everyone and don’t forget:

- never give your banking details or any other information related to your account to suspicious sites or agencies.

Thank you so much, it was driving me crazy, and yet the solution was so simple.
I won't let myself be tricked again, that's for sure, especially since I only wanted that VIP for a month and they basically stole from me, but unfortunately I can't prove anything.
Kisses to you, thank you very much.

except that if the site wishes to take action against you, that is its right
indeed, you are acting illegally.
you committed (without really understanding, but that's your fault) to pay for a service, by opposing this withdrawal, it amounts to writing a blank check...
the service provider has the right to sue you to obtain payment for the service (which is still being provided to you)

to stop these withdrawals, it often just takes thinking for 10 seconds, going to your profile, and looking for your subscription options
so yes, it's all in English, but if you initially agreed to the withdrawal, it's because you considered your level of English sufficient
