Problème écran bleu (Vista)

Bonjour , depuis quelques semaines , à chaque fois que je regarde des vidéos , telecharger de la musique et en écouter sur le pc et aussi quand je le ferme , il se plante avec un ecran bleu et avec un message d'erreur en anglais :

Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage in your computer
